Historical Note:

This is the oldest Trademark that appeared on Linux Hater's Blog (LHB).

Its first incarnation manifested itself on July 9th 2008 in this post:

I think we should follow Canonical's shining example. Just like they have a "Bug #1", we need a "TM #1", and this is it, hands-down.
