It’s the Winbred’s version of LondonStockExchange™, which just shows how pathetic they are.
Some time a few years ago, I posted some comment on Linux Hater that was formatted as snarky C code. Obviously, anything you post that resembles C code should compile under 32 different platforms. Well, I didn’t include a “header file” in this blogger comment. What the fuck was I thinking? Per JSR-308, all Blogger comments should include header files.
A typical discussion goes something like this:
Remember when Adam King wrote some ad-hoc C code into a blogger post? Well he forgot to include the header file! HA HA!!! I just ran it through EGFU C Compiler on my 80286 and it didn’t compile! I am so clever for discovering this. Adam King must give up his GNU/Linux crusade because I found that some Blogger comment he wrote doesn’t compile! Ha ha!
This would be sad in it’s own right. But the equally strange thing is is that this so called “uncompilable” code actually does compile under GCC. Makes the whole thing even more sad.

Dear Adam,
nobody cares.
@NoWhereMan
Thanks for sharing.
Was that your famous Big Ole Fail “Hello World!” program? I always felt it was a bit unfair to giggle like a little girl taking her first toke without actually seeing it.
Can we see it again, please?
I’ll even do you the favour of porting it across any random “32 different platforms” you care to name, including supercomputers and toasters. It can’t be that difficult, can it?
After all, that’s what Linux does.
Yeah, I’m really curious to see the link to the code again.

Strange little boy, where are you going?
Are we that bored here, that we need to feed this 12-year old troll. *
I am so clever for discovering this.
Have you discovered the “-W” flag in gcc and, hell, the proper way to structure C code yet?
