The next time your colon is really backed up and you head down to your local Taco Bell in search of some “cleansing”, take a good look at their menu.
On first glance, you may be lead to believe that Taco Bell carries a wide variety of reasonably priced Mexican food. However, on second glance, you’ll notice that 95% of the additional items use the same basic ingredients found in their original tacos. Beef, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, beans.
Much like the taco variations, 95% of all Linux distros are simply rearranged versions of all the same software “ingredients”. KDE, Gnome, Pidgin, Cup, OpenOffice, etc.

F*cking awesome analogy.
Not only this, but then you wake up the next morning and your stomach doesn’t feel right.
