When a major Linux undertaking fails, such as the city councils of Munich and Vienna , it’s not because maybe Linux isn’t ready for mass-adoption, or that it might not meet everyone’s needs. Heavens no. It’s because the Microsoft bogeyman deliberately sabotaged them.
