When you point out Linux can do something, Winbreds will often claim it’s really MagicalVoodooLinuxSoftware™ that you can’t get.
One recent example is supercomputers. Nevermind that Hadoop, MPI, or PVM that are standard fixtures on pretty much any mainstream distro, it’s magical voodoo shit man. You can’t have it!

Hey look, Adam King supposedly figured out how to sign up here.
LinuxRunsOnSuperComputers™!
@JoeMonco added the TM.
@JOEMONOCO
Using MagicalVoodooLinuxSoftware™ you can’t get!
@Adam
I see you partied quite heavily last Saturday night.
Did you do all this by yourself, or you gathered other retarded antisocial basement dwellers in your house and did this together, while circle jerking to pictures of Stallman?
@Kurkosdr
StallmanMinuteOfHate™
When have you ever pointed out that “Linux can do something,” Adam?
Generally speaking, you seem more concerned with pointing out (inaccurately) that Windows can’t.
Oh, and since you clearly have access to the Linux stuff at CERN and the LSE, and practically everything that Google and IBM have ever built on top of your favourite OS, could you do something useful for once and post the URLs so that we mere mortals can Free Teh Codez?
KThxBye.
1) Go into Google (or Bing, ha ha)
2) Type “Hadoop”
3) Observe results.
Repeat with MPI and PVM.
Any other way I can be of assistance?
bs, Hadoop is Java, MPI is an API and available for Windows and PVM supports Windows, too.
Winbred,
That’s totally pointless, for two reasons.
1) Because nobody sane (ie. precluding you guys) uses Windoze for supercomputing anyway.
2) This is about how you idiots seem to think supercomputer OSes are composed of supar secret voodoo software and not off-the-self FOSS software anyone can download.
