Hey Wintard, guess what your fearless leader, Steve Ballmer, did! Give up?
Freetards assume that because they have Stallman and Apple has Steve Jobs, that some how Windows users care who’s running Microsoft, or even care who makes Windows.
The truth is, most people running Windows don’t care what Microsoft or its CEO are up to. The only people who actually pay attention to this stuff are shareholders and, ironically, freetards. They’re just waiting for every mis-step Ballmer make thinking that they’re somehow going to disenfranchise people who use Windows.
When it comes to companies and their CEOs, from a consumer standpoint, NOBODY CARES!
I don’t know who’s running BMW these days, but if you told me their CEO got eggs thrown at him, it wouldn’t change the fact that I like their cars. The companies and the people that run them are usually totally separate. I don’t buy their products because I think the CEO is a good guy, I buy them because I like the products!

Of course, the opposite end of this spectrum are the freedomites who still use Bill Gates in their anti-MS FUD, like in that Jesus cartoon.
I’m convinced that Jesus cartoon is really old. Also, the caption was added as html, so there’s a good chance they’re just poorly re-purposing an old graphic.
Administrator, nah. Look closely at the bottom-right. Copyrighted 2009!
And an artist’s signature at the bottom-left.
You’re right. Still, the caption may not be the same. Regardless, my FUD Tracker post about it totally disassembled it and the resulting comments picked the bones clean.
Heh.
Well, I’ve studied cults quite a bit as a personal hobby, and religious apologetics in general.
FOSS displays two interesting similarities: veneration of a central, authority figure and, in apologetics, using ad hom attacks against a perceived authority figure to an opponent.
Of course, folks don’t realize that you can use ad homs to justify hating animals and being a chainsmoker (Hitler was an animal lover and a strong opponent of smoking, after all).
