The believe that one day, if you wish really really hard, prey every night, and think happy thoughts, that Linux development will somehow work itself out. One day all your prayers will be answered, you’ll be vindicated, and Linux will magically have a stable API, application base, a dominant percentage of the market share, and developers who don’t regard it as a huge stack of moving targets.
Until then…keep on praying.

No, it’s no use. No matter how hard I try, I keep reading that sentence in a completely different way.
I get how a stack is sort of a pile, and obviously steam tends to move. Not sure why targets should be a synonym for WatchYourMouth, though.
