From the excellent ArsTechnica review of Natty Narwhal:
Engineering a global menubar for the Linux desktop is an extremely difficult undertaking—the functionality is simply not in the DNA of the Linux graphics system. There are multiple widget toolkits that handle menus in vastly different ways, there are many prominent applications that roll their own user interface elements, and there are many cases where menu behavior is tightly coupled with application logic.
But never mind, we can make it look like OSX anyway.
Look like OSX. Not work like OSX.
Leaving the joys of integrated copy and paste to one side, we will now move to the video stack. And the audio stack. And we’ll probably get around to the WiFi stack and power management, if somebody bitches loud enough.
And after all that, we might just have time to think about the applications.

Does it exist?
If it does, Doctor, methinks you need to put it in the Related TMs section.
[And if it doesn’t someone needs to put it up… in memory of Piestar, if for no other reason.]
Natty Narwhal reminds me of Lesbian Lizard and Wanking Walrus.
