In order to use an operating system visually impaired persons rely on the annunciation of on screen text. Basically, what window is in focus and where there cursor is has to be audible and stated by the operating system. But not for Vinux, a Linux distro specifically made for VMWare that prides itself on being for the visually impared. When the audio does not work they disable the VMWare audio mixer!
echo pciSound.emulateMixer = “FALSE” >> “appdata\VMware\preferences.ini”
Oh sure those thousand eyes could have fixed the compatability bugs but that was just too hard for them. After all, audio? YouDontNeedThat™
