Well, I was browsing Senor de Icaza’s blog, and I came across this little pearl. It’s an oldie, but goldie.

I especially like the fear-mongering use of the phrase “middle-class,” although I’m also keen on the fact that RMS apparently “updated” this classic for our times (in 2007).

It’s short, but pithy. Or have I just developed an inadvertent lisp? (No emacs jokes, please.)

What, no link to ParanoidHypotheticalSituationâ„¢? I read that ages ago and decided that if we, as a society, ever let things go that far we deserve what we get. Fortunately, appeal to the slippery slope is a reasoning fallacy.
