There are rumours/speculations about “8?. I suspect they are mostly what’s in the works from M$. Nothing else could compete with what’s happening in the real world with ARM+GNU/Linux+Android/Linux.
Yeah, I am pretty sure the official announcement for ARM chips support from “M$” was just a hoax fabricated by fake grassroot (whatever that means). In fact, the IT industry as a whole and the entirety of customer base that it was supposed to cater to could as well be just a figment of your imagination. We are all actually using “GNU/Linux”, merrily, knowingly and regularly. “Windows”? What’s that?
